A Brief Discussion on the History of the Genesee Brewery. 

Paul will be a brief overview of the brewery’s history from its origin to the present day. He will discuss the evolution of the Genesee, its connection to Rochester in a general overview of the brewery’s place in the U.S. brewing industry over the years.

Paul has been with Genesee for about fourteen years. He was originally hired to assist in providing content for a museum section of the Genesee Brew House. Once opened, Paul stayed on as Retail Manager, but he still oversees the museum section and is responsible for educating the staff about beer styles.
