The first VIP Experience at Watkins Glen was a huge success (see Past President John White’s comments). By popular demand, we’ve set up another set of dates before the race season ends!

The Watkins Glen experience with Rich d’Asis was over the top wonderful.  He was a terrific host and the most respected and professional race car driver on the track.  Riding with him was an experience of a lifetime as we took on the course at over 150 mph.  What a thrill! 

There must have been 50 other cars there and chatting with the drivers and mechanics gave us an inside look into the world of high-performance sports cars and how to navigate a challenging track like the Glen.  I would encourage anyone interested in hot cars and speed to sign up for the next event.

Spend a day at Watkins Glen as a VIP guest of the Rochester Rotary Club on September 29th, 30th, or October 1st between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. You can arrive at any time throughout the day and stay for as long as you’d like!

Go behind the scenes and spend the day with Race Car Drivers and Instructors. Walk the track, hang out in garages, sit in on classes and best of all, put on a helmet and hold tight!

You can ride in a professional race car on the famed Watkins Glen Circuit!

$250 donation per person and includes all the Hot Laps you can handle, lunch, and refreshments. Limited spots available!

All proceeds benefit the Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp. A summer camp that provides the camping experience free of charge to over 2,500 campers with disabilities every summer!
