The purpose of this presentation is to demonstrate how simple mistakes made by pilots, mechanics, or parts manufacturers can cause aircraft accidents, and how to avoid the same types of mistakes in our personal and professional lives

As an attorney for almost 50 years, Jon has handled numerous aircraft lawsuits and has seen just about every mistake made that can cause an aircraft accident. He graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.  After working for McDonnell Douglas Corporation as a Flight Test Engineer, and before becoming an attorney, he was a charter pilot. As an aviation attorney, he has developed a niche practice defending pilots, mechanics, and aircraft parts manufacturers after an accident. He has handled the defense of aviation related lawsuits in 20 states and 3 foreign countries.
