Join us for lunch and a tour at the Commissary.

The Commissary is a collaborative community, providing shared kitchens combined with food industry-specific business assistance to help aspiring entrepreneurs build great food companies, create jobs, and strengthen our regional food economy.

Rotarians will enjoy a delicious meal from the Worlds Fare Restaurant (see options below) and then take a behind-the-scenes look at the Sibley building, the Commissary Kitchen, including the showroom and back of the house.

  • Peruvian marinated Roast chicken leg quarters served with rice and Aji Verde Sauce
• Vegitarian Rice Bowl (Vegan)
  • Stir-fried peppers, onions, tomatoes, squash, and potatoes served over rice in lomo saltado sauce (made with mushroom powder)
• Churrasco Steak Sandwich
  • Argentinian Pan-seared flank steak seasoned to perfection, topped with onion, melty cheese, and chimichurri sauce, served with fries.
