Please sign up for other future luncheons. \n  \nJoin us for lunch and a tour at the Commissary. \nThe Commissary is a collaborative community\, providing shared kitchens combined with food industry-specific business assistance to help aspiring entrepreneurs build great food companies\, create jobs\, and strengthen our regional food economy. \n  \nRotarians will enjoy a delicious meal from the Worlds Fare Restaurant (see options below) and then take a behind-the-scenes look at the Sibley building\, the Commissary Kitchen\, including the showroom and back of the house. \nFood Options: \n\nPollo Ala Brasa Bowl\n\nPeruvian marinated Roast chicken leg quarters served with rice and Aji Verde Sauce\n\n\nVegitarian Rice Bowl (Vegan)\n\nStir-fried peppers\, onions\, tomatoes\, squash\, and potatoes served over rice in lomo saltado sauce (made with mushroom powder)\n\n\nChurrasco Steak Sandwich\n\nArgentinian Pan-seared flank steak seasoned to perfection\, topped with onion\, melty cheese\, and chimichurri sauce\, served with fries.\n\n\n\n  \n
