Founded by husband and wife team Sebastian [a six-generation winemaker from Adelaide\, South Australia] and Colleen [a Rochester\, NY native] Hardy. Serving only wines made from grapes sourced in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and the regions surrounding Adelaide\, South Australia. \n  \nOur group will taste through six wines in the Vault overlooking their urban winery. The tasting will last 2 hours starting at 5:30 pm on Thursday\, March 31st  [with ~1 hour for tasting\, ~1 hour for ordering by the glass/bottle].
