There is an effort with the current administration to end government\, non-profit\, and private organizations commitment to DEI initiatives\, policies and programs. The Rochester Rotary DEI committee co-chairs David Powe and Tom Mitchell have examined these efforts and challenges and have provided an argument to support Rotary’s commitment to Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion. This 1-hour presentation will include background on the issues\, facts and personal stories.
