DESCRIPTION:Join us at Locus Hill Country Club at noon on Tuesday\, March 3rd\, with guest speaker Paul Constantine\, Retail Manager & Museum Curator at FIFCO USA. \nPaul will be presenting “A Brief Discussion on the History of the Genesee Brewery.” \nPaul will discuss the evolution of the Genesee\, its connection to Rochester\, in a general overview of the brewery’s place in the U.S. brewing industry over the years. \nPaul has been with Genesee for about fourteen years. He was originally hired to assist in providing content for a museum section of the Genesee Brew House. Once opened\, Paul stayed on as Retail Manager\, but he still oversees the museum section and is responsible for educating the staff about beer styles. \n  \nUse the form below to register

O’Rorke\, his Irish family in Rochester\, the West Point grad\, recruiter of the “Rochester Race Horses” volunteer brigade\, his Civil War career\, and the hero of Little Round Top at Gettysburg. DESCRIPTION:Finger Lakes Reds: A second look. \nWhen we think of the Finger Lakes wine region\, the first thing that comes to mind is Riesling\, aromatic whites\, and sparkling wines.\nBut what about the reds? As a region\, the Finger Lakes holds a wide diversity of red grapes planted under vine\, and have roots connected to historic origins in France\, Northern Italy\, Austria\, Germany\, & even the Republic of Georgia. Red wine production and winemaking has come a long way in the last 15 years\, and deserves a second look. Better yet\, another taste. \nJoin us at Locust Hill Country Club on Tuesday\, March 17th to hear from Finger Lakes Native\, Thera Clark. From 2020-2024\, Thera served as the Resident Sommelier at Standing Stone Vineyards and at Hermann J. Wiemer\, where she spearheaded The Library. Thrilled to bring her broad knowledge and love of wine back to the region\, Thera now works with local restaurants and chefs\, and teaches at New York Kitchen & Forge Wine Cellars.
